Which spam filters work the best in real life use? Take our 30 second spam filter survey.

We all hate spam. But there is so much vendor hype, we decided to survey the users of these products and find out what the users of these filters really think!

The survey takes only 30 seconds. The survey takes only 30 seconds. Here are the survey results from the first 1,000 responses and User comments on spam filters.

Please only one product per survey. If you use more than one product, please take the survey for each product.

How well is your current spam filter working?

What spam filter do you use today:
Note: Products are listed by vendor. If the product name is more well known than the vendor, we've listed the product name as well. You can choose either one. If your product or ISP isn't in the list, enter the product name or your ISP name here:

How well does it work?   Give your current solution a letter grade, A-F where A is excellent, F is failing:
A. Excellent. Love it. It rocks. I get no spams in my inbox on a typical day.
B. Very good. I'm happy but I still get a few spams a day.
C. Average. It works, but I wish there was something better.
D. Needs to improve. I'm pretty unhappy.
F. Fail. This sucks. I can't wait to see what your survey says.

  OPTIONAL SECTION

Comments:   If you want to add any good or bad comments about your current solution, you can put them here:

# of GOOD emails you get per day
Number of good emails per day you get  (from outside of your company)

# of SPAM emails you get per day
Note: this is spams per day and includes spam in your inbox as well as quarantine

# of SPAMs per DAY that bypass your filter and get into your inbox
Note: this is the "false negative" errors per DAY. This is # of spams per day in your inbox (where your spam filter failed to catch the spam). If less than one, you can enter it as a fraction, e.g., if you get 1 "false negative" every 10 days, then you'd enter 0.1 in the box.

# of GOOD emails per DAY that are trapped in your quarantine
Note: this is the "false positive" errors per DAY. This is # of good emails per day that you had to dig out of your quarantine (where your spam filter was too aggressive). If less than one, you can enter it as a fraction, e.g., if you get 1 "false positive" every 10 days, then you'd enter 0.1 in the box.
